Creating software products from scratch is hard. So is integrating and deploying large platforms on behalf of a demanding client.
I know. I've been on both sides, and every journey has been a challenge.
Here's some of the experience I've accumulated along the way:
- 20+ years as a software engineer, architect, and program leader
- 15+ years as a tech leader and CTO in professional services
- Led 100+ technical projects
- Successfully delivered for major brands in B2C and B2B
- Experience in High Tech, CPG, Retail, and Aerospace
- Worked for a firm with 150 employees, another with over 750,000. I've seen both ends of the spectrum.
- Hired and mentored dozens of technical leaders
- Built offshore and near shore teams with over 200 members of staff
I've navigated teams through multiple technology waves including:

Now I'm laser focused on Artificial Intelligence.
Personal Stuff
I'm a husband and father to two amazing children.
I'm originally from the UK, but have now spent the majority of my life living in the US.
I am a passionate aviator, former aircraft owner and love to talk airplanes.
Golf and skiing have been significant parts of my life for over 40 years. These days, pickleball and traveling in our motorhome have taken over.
Finally, I transitioned from reluctant dog owner to dog lover. Proud parent of three Jack Russell Terriers, which involves as much mayhem as you can imagine.
